Locum Fine Steels is a processor and stockholder of steel products that are used in niche market applications. Our strength lies in our ability to supply processed steel in quantities and dimensions not serviced by other suppliers. A committed and continual programme of capital investment by The Opportunity Group since 2006 has ensured that Locum has the flexibility and product support to react to the needs of new and existing customers.

A move during 2007 to a purpose built facility will add 30,000 sq. foot of processing and stockholding capabilities to our existing 20,000 sq. foot site. Locum Fine Steels capabilities include:

  • Sawn steel up to 460mm diameter
  • Cenreless grinding up to 180mm diameter
  • Bar peeling up to 105mm diameter
